The Change Management course focuses on how to create and successfully implement change projects in an organization.
- Strengthen the competencies for managing change according to the International Project Management Association (IPMA) approach.
- Optimize the process of implementing changes within the company, focusing on stakeholder acceptance and sustainability.
- Propose a change implementation project in the participants’operational area.
Identifying change requirements and transformation opportunities
- Defining the scope of the change project with consideration for programs and portfolios
- Roles and competencies for change management
Development of a transformational strategy and change plan
- Transformational strategy and project plan (for waterfall management) or vision and backlog of items (for agile management)
- Planning stakeholder engagement throughout the change lifecycle
Implementation and evaluation of change implementation
- Integration plan (big bang / continuous rollout)
- Organisation preparation for change implementation
- Stakeholder mobilisation and communication plan
- Transition, measurement of business metrics and success
- Control plan, corrective actions
- Supportive communication, change sustainability elements, consultations, additional activities for stakeholder assessment
- Benefits analysis
For course participants there is the possibility of subsequent application support in the form of individual consultation with the lecturer. The recommended scope is 2-3 consultations.
The price for one application consultation with a lecturer (1 hour) is 150,- EUR + VAT. Application consultations are carried out online.
