This course focuses on enhancing the ability to function effectively in a self-managed team. Participants will receive practical guidance on transforming a traditional team into a self-managed one.
How do we react when we or our team step outside our comfort zone? What should we do when there are many ideas for solving a situation, but only limited time to decide? How should a team operate without a formal leader? Every team consists of different individuals—so how can they align toward a common goal?
Through these scenarios, participants will be guided in a storyline-based training experience, “Save the King”, where they will gain both knowledge and hands-on experience in self-management principles.
