It focuses on topics such as situational leadership, management skills, motivation and people management, coaching and mentoring, evaluation interviews, change management, cooperation in a multicultural environment, effective functioning of a project team, etc. He has more than 15 years of work experience in international companies, where he was involved in the creation and implementation of projects and development programs, streamlining business processes and introducing system changes. He studied marketing communication in Trnava, holds international certificates – CIPD, ICF coaching training, Korn Ferry, Change management at Cornell University, Dpro project management, etc.
