Jano has experience in process improvement and management, leadership roles in various managerial positions, as well as in sales and marketing. He is a graduate of the Matej Bel University. In FBE, he specializes in Lean Management tools and conducts workshops and training sessions in Slovak, Hungarian, and English languages.
