Karol has been working at FBE since 2005 and studied at the University of Vienna. He gained work experience in automotive companies like Bentley Motors (GB), Volkswagen Autoeuropa (PT), and Volkswagen Slovakia. He is responsible for leading international projects in the areas of quality improvement (Six Sigma, statistical methods), process optimization (Lean management, production systems, logistics), product launch projects (e.g., PEP), and supplier chain optimization (Supply Chain Management). Currently, he supervises primarily FBE projects abroad.
