As a lecturer and coach, she has been cooperating with FBE since 2022, focusing mainly on the areas of presentation, communication and management skills. She graduated from the Management of Small and Medium Enterprises at the University of Economics in Banská Bystrica. She worked in the field of hotel management, project management and later in the field of human resources. In an international company, she led the development of effective teams, setting up career development and education processes, setting up the system of retention, benefits and remuneration (Best Employer of the Year award). She completed several leadership trainings, Slovak and international coaching programs, PowerCoaching, Health Coach Institute as well as SINC NeuroCoaching, an accredited ICF program.
