Terms and conditions of public courses
By sending this form, the participant confirms that he agrees with the terms and conditions and that the participant fee will be transferred to the FBE Bratislava account – IBAN: SK96 1100 0000 0026 2108 1463, SWIFT CODE: TATRSKBX, by the end of the course at the latest (variable symbol is indicated with the course, constant symbol: 0308).
- Course capacity is limited. We list the participants in the order according to the date of the binding application.
- The course deadline is 7 days before the start of the course.
- If the registrant cannot attend for serious reasons, a substitute may attend the course.
- In case of non-participation or cancellation of the order after the closing of the course, the registered participant will pay the course fee in full and will receive the study materials.
- If the order is canceled before the course deadline, the cancellation fee is 50% of the course price.
By sending the form, you are giving according to Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, consent to the management, processing and storage of the above personal data by the company FBE Bratislava, sro (with registered office in Bratislava, Lazaretská 29, 811 09, IČO: 35752807) for the purpose of registration for the mentioned training.
